01. Access to Your Provider

Jen is available 24/7 for urgent matters. However, we prefer to handle most issues during business hours (and will actually get back to you in a timely manner!), if you have an urgent need outside of business hours, Jen is available.

02. Extended appointment time

Our appointments are never rushed, allowing you enough time for all your questions. The close relationship you’ll cultivate with Jen emphasizes a thorough understanding of your healthcare needs.

We’re partners in achieving your healthcare goals. That’s why we maintain full transparency in our medical practice, billing, and communication procedures.

Frequently Asked QUESTIONS

  • Loyalee Health is a membership-based Direct Primary Care practice offering same/next-day appointments, direct text access to your provider, and unrushed visits that support your whole health. Proudly serving Southern Maine and New Hampshire’s Seacoast communities.

  • Your Loyalee Health membership covers the full spectrum of primary care—wellness visits and exams, sick/urgent care, chronic condition support, lifestyle coaching, and behavioral health resources.

  • You can set up automatic monthly payments or pay for the year up front.

    Can I use my HSA/FSA? Often, yes—but every plan is different. Check with your benefits administrator to be sure.

    Insurance? We don’t bill insurance (including Medicare or Medicaid). Your membership is a direct agreement with Loyalee Health.

  • Office visits are available by appointment for active Loyalee Health members. Interested in joining? Schedule a Meet & Greet to see if membership is right for you. We love hearing from patients—reach out anytime with questions or health concerns. After hours, you can still message us through the patient portal or our HIPAA‑secure call/text line, and we’ll respond as soon as we’re able. (If you’re experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911.)

  • Loyalee Health will help you obtain prior authorizations and approvals for referrals and specialized care. We will also assist you with using your insurance to pay for lab testing and prescriptions. While we do not work with insurance companies we will assist you in accessing these resources and planning your care.

  • At Loyalee Health, your provider actually has time to listen and understand what’s going on in your life. When you need care, you skip the usual healthcare runaround—you reach us directly. Ask questions anytime, get real‑time guidance, and enjoy the peace of mind that comes from having a doctor who knows you.

  • Loyalee Health will assist in coordinating referrals to specialists, labs, imaging centers, or hospitals at your request. When you use your health insurance for these services, the outside provider will submit claims and bill you and/or your insurer directly. These costs are not covered by your Direct Primary Care membership.

Currently, the only insurance I accept is Mending. Please get in touch if you have this insurance or would like more information about signing up for it.
